Tech Master Solutions is a Cardiff based computer repair centre. We are located at 49 Whitchurch Road, Cardiff, CF14 3JP. We offer a walk-in service, no need to make an appointment.
Tech Master will assist you with a wide range of IT and computer repair services. We repair all computers including Apple Mac, Windows PC and all laptop and mobile devices. Our friendly and experienced technicians are always available to help with any IT issues you may have.
We are dedicated to delivering the best and most professional repair service possible and therefore consider customer satisfaction paramount. All of our repairs come with a standard 30 days warranty, which can be extended to 6 months, depending on the repair.
Absolutely! All of your personal details are completely safe. Your privacy is respected and guaranteed. Tech Master will never give or sell your details to third parties. Any details that we are holding while your devices are with us will be treated with the highest level of confidentiality.

We take all major credit and debit cards. We also accept cash and you will receive a full receipt upon all transactions.
In the unlikely event that we feel we will be unable to assist with your issue, we will not continue with the repair and therefore you will not incur any charges. In the rare cases that we cannot assist you, we will do our best to advise the best course of action.

During the vast majority of cases, we are able to fully resolve your issue. Unfortunately, the nature of computer repairs can occasionally be unpredictable and will sometimes require your device be kept at the workshop for a longer period of time for further diagnosis or to be fitted with replacement parts. In the event of this, we can ensure the utmost security and safety of your equipment and will only go ahead with work prior to a cost agreement with yourself.

As is usual for home collections, we do require a person of over 18 years to be present. Having your consent and full co-operation is also vital.
