    Order FREE postage sleeve

    • You order your postage sleeve. It comes with full insurance to the price of your MacBook and all packaging needed for safe transit OR you package it and send it to us yourself (click here for our postage address).
    • We send out an empty postage sleeve with a free return postage sticker on it.
    • You put your device in the box and let us know when and where you would like it collecting, you can even choose morning or afternoon.

    Diagnose and quote

    • We receive your MacBook.
    • We diagnose the issue and let you know what needs repairing and how much it costs.

    Move forwards with repair

    • You do want the repair, we get it done and send you either a link to pay in full via email or a Klarna Split It link.
    • You receive your MacBook in the post. Good as new!

    Or we send it back

    • You don’t want the repair and we send your MacBook back, never costing you a penny.
