What can Tech Master do for me?

How is your service provider?

Are my details kept Safe?

Absolutely! All of your personal details are completely safe. Your privacy is respected and guaranteed 100% and will never be given or sold to third parties. Any details that we are holding while your devices are with us will treated with a level of professionalism that would be expected from our service.

What can a Tech Master engineer be contacted?

How can i arrange collection?

All you need to do is contact us and a member of our friendly team will arrange for one of our engineers to collect your device, at a time that suits you!

How can i pay?

We take all major credit and debit cards. We also accept cash and you will receive a full receipt upon all transactions.

Would i be charged in the event of a unsuccessful repair?

In the unlikely event that we feel we will be unable to assist with your issue, we will not continue with the repair and therefore you will not incur any charges. Our pricing policy is very upfront and made as clear as possible. In the rare cases that we cannot assist you, we will do our best to advise the best course of action.

Is there a call out fee for collection?

No, our collection service is absolutely FREE of charge.

Will you keep any of any of my equipment for more than 24 hours?

During the vast majority of cases, we are able to fully resolve your issue. Unfortunately, the nature of computer repairs can occasionally be unpredictable and will sometimes require your device be kept at the workshop for a longer period of time for further diagnosis tests or to be fitted with replacement parts. In the event of this, we can ensure the utmost security and safety of your equipment and will only go ahead with work prior to a cost agreement with yourself.

Will i be appointed a specific time for collection?

Yes, we will work closely with your requirements to arrange a collection time that best suits you. Give us a call and we can arrange a time that is best for you!

Should i consider anything before booking a collection?

As is usual for home collections, we do require a person of over 18 years to be present. Having your consent and full co-operation is also vital.
